Jeju is Korea's signature cycling destination: the Fantasy Bicycle Road loops roughly 234 km around the island on dedicated lanes and quiet coastal roads, passing black-lava shores, tangerine groves and Seongsan Ilchulbong. Certification booths along the way stamp a rider's passport, and most people spread the full loop over three to five days.

Rental shops cluster in Jeju City near the airport and in Seogwipo on the south coast; many offer multi-day rates for loop riders, and e-bikes take the sting out of the island's windy east coast. Spring and autumn are ideal riding seasons — summer is hot, and typhoons can interrupt plans in late summer.
